Meet Our Owner
How it All Started
Our founder, Andrew Schneider, is the sole proprietor and head chef of our establishment. With his extensive culinary knowledge and experience, he has the skills to prepare all types of dishes. Andrew served as a chef while in the Marine Corps for 26 years. It was during this time that he honed his skills, preparing meals for six Commandants.
He also put his culinary talents to the test by participating in the International Culinary Olympics. Andrew and his team competed against more than 25 nations and 100 independent chefs. His team won diplomas for its efforts.
